Vrum is a school transportation management platform that helps parents and schools track kids’ pick-up and drop-off in real-time. As the UX/UI Designer, I worked on user research, high-fidelity design, and prototyping while collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
To create a functional and user-friendly app for FRSH. I conducted extensive research, using the 5Ws & 1 H. This framework allowed me to understand user needs and discover business opportunities even as a non-profit organization. I discovered a lot of justice-impacted users do not know much about money or know how to build a good credit score.
